Discovery is key
You can't build something without a plan. We engage in an extremely thorough discovery process to establish the specific requirements of the project and final cost and time estimates.

We believe in client face time
If we're working on a project with you, you're going to see us. Especially during the beginning of the project (brainstorm/discovery phase) and the end (you know what hits the fan phase), and whenever you need us in between.

There's no such thing as overcommunication
Used to working with agencies that disappear? Not us. We believe in scheduled communications to keep you apprised of progress, receive your feedback, and head off potential problems.

We're Agile. No, really.
Agile development methodology is fast, nimble, and is constantly checking in with all parts of the process early and often. No planning and prototyping for months only to discover that something doesn't work and the whole project has to be scrapped.

We can jump in where you need us & play nicely with others
Treehouse can join your project anywhere in the process, from strategy to creative, development to deployment, or we can work with you from start to finish. We're used to working on long-engagements, and partnering and collaborating with multiple agencies when the project calls for it.

We won't "yes" you to death
We're not going to tell you just what you want to hear. We're going to tell you what you need to hear. Whether it's advice on budget, telling you what is possible given time and resource constraints or specific project issues, you can count on us for honest and realistic information.
